Featured Technology & Equipment
WEO-Recognized Advanced Digestive Endoscopy Center

WEO-Recognized Advanced Digestive Endoscopy Center
One of the World Endoscopy Organization's Top 20 Global Best Endoscopy Centers, this suite combines capsule endoscopy, endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS), magnification endoscopy, and image-enhanced endoscopy with high-volume ESD and ERCP procedures — enabling same-session minimally invasive diagnosis and curative resection of early gastrointestinal cancers that would otherwise require open surgery.
Robotic & Laparoscopic Liver Transplantation Program
Robotic & Laparoscopic Liver Transplantation Program
China's most comprehensive liver transplant program by technique — offering whole-liver, living-donor (LDLT), split-liver, domino, auxiliary, and robotic-assisted transplants. The center performed Beijing's first robot-assisted living-donor hepatectomy and the world's first cross-auxiliary domino liver transplant, dramatically expanding the living-donor pool and reducing donor recovery time.
Proprietary Single-Port Laparoscopic Surgical Robot
Proprietary Single-Port Laparoscopic Surgical Robot
Developed in-house with independent intellectual property, this single-port robotic system uses continuum-mechanics deformable arms to perform complex abdominal procedures — cholecystectomy, colectomy, gastrectomy — through a single small incision. Human trials completed in 2021; the urology team has also applied robotic assistance for complex partial nephrectomy and first-in-world robot-assisted radical prostatectomy in a kidney transplant recipient.
